Republicans are introducing a "Women's Bill of Rights" in order to enshrine into law protections for females based on their biological sex.
Rep. Debbie Lesko, R-Ariz., is leading lawmakers on the Republican Study Committee (RSC), the largest group of conservative lawmakers on the Hill, in formally introducing the legislation Thursday morning.
"I am proud to introduce the Women’s Bill of Rights .... As the Left continues to erase women, we must fight for women and their place in our society. Whether it’s keeping the word "mother" in written law, or ensuring women’s domestic violence shelters do not have to accept biological men, we must stand up for women," Lesko told Fox News Digital. … read full article

A middle-aged man called a fat woman “not beautiful” and the internet went into meltdown. The man was psychologist Jordan Peterson, and the woman whose appearance he commented upon, was model Yumi Nu.
Nu appeared on the front page of Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue with Lycra stretched from her groin and across her breasts in what looked rather like a wedgie-inducing harness. Predictably, liberal media outlets gushed that because Nu is fat (sorry, “plus-size”) this was a win for women and one in the eye to fascist beauty standards. Equally predictably, old-school misogynists said they wouldn’t shag her (which I’m sure was a huge disappointment to the internationally famous Nu). … read full article

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — It’s been a month since a Montana judge temporarily blocked enforcement of a state law that required transgender people to undergo surgery before they could change their gender on their birth certificate, and the state still isn’t in compliance with the court order, the ACLU of Montana said.
Jon Ebelt, spokesperson for the state health department, said the agency is still working with the Department of Justice to review the April 21 ruling and its implications. He did not respond to an email asking if that meant the state was evaluating whether to appeal the order. … read full article

A prominent woman who detransitioned told a meeting of Ohio legislators about how she was swayed by her peers to believe that she was transgender, and began to transition into a male, before realizing she was making a huge mistake.
What's on the docket is HB No. 454, the "Enact Save Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act." It seeks to bar gender transition treatments for minors under the age of 18, and people in the medical field would be subject to punishment if they continued doing so.
Helena Kerschner gave a nearly half-hour long testimony in front of the Ohio House Families & Aging Committee on Thursday. State Rep. Gary N. Click asked a question that struck at the heart of why "transgender" is propped up as an identity choice for young people. … read full article

Sidelining the creator of a national movement is pure, unashamed revisionism

At the beginning of 2019, I started to display my revolt against feminicide on the walls of Marseille. I chose A4 sheets of paper and black paint as my stand, as simple as it could be. In September of the same year, I launched this movement first in Paris, then on a national scale.
In January 2020, I started to assert controversial positions about transactivism on Twitter. To put it in a nutshell, I think that being a woman is a material reality, not a feeling. Even with a lot of willingness and bodily mutilations, I am convinced that no man could ever turn out to be a woman and vice versa. Since then, I have been plagued by harassment, threatens, physical assaults in feminist demonstrations and, as a climax, subject to the so-called cancel culture. I have, in short, been cancelled. We have plenty of words for it in French too. … read full article

On Tuesday, it was reported in The Times that a girl had been ‘driven out of school after disputing trans views’. …
To question trans ideology is highly offensive today. It inevitably leads to the charge of ‘transphobia’. As does refusing to recognise or comply with someone’s preferred choice of pronouns. This is perceived as questioning or even denying someone’s selfhood. … read full article

New Jersey parents, brace yourself. The transgender agenda is on the hunt for YOUR children. Malta is not a trans utopia
From The Critic (UK)
By Malcolm Clark
May 20, 2022
Is there a country Britain should try to emulate? If like me, you think there’s nowhere better to live, you may bristle at the question. Bear with me because the self-appointed moral guardians of our age, the LGBTQ+ lobby, have come up with a surprising if not downright idiotic suggestion: Malta. Yes, the tiny Mediterranean basket case where abortion is illegal and, according to Transparency International, “corruption continues to flourish unchecked”, is their choice as an exemplar.
That’s the conclusion of the annual rankings of 49 European countries by the international LGBTQ+ lobbyists ILGA which compares nations on the basis of their equality laws and policies. Malta was top of the tree for the seventh time in a row.
It was less good news for the UK. Our ranking slipped for the third year, and we’re now down to fourteenth. Cue a well-coordinated LGBTQ+ meltdown that saw the UK compared to Russia, and Hungary, places where it’s not just difficult to be openly gay but dangerous. … read full article
