The American Civil Liberties Union is intervening in a lawsuit launched by four female inmates who were subjected to abuse at the hands of trans-identified male transfers. In the intervention, the ACLU claims that human beings are “not sexually dimorphic,” and that males have no biological differences from females.
In November of 2021, the Women’s Liberation front (WoLF) launched a lawsuit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) in response to the state’s transfer of male inmates to women’s prisons. In the suit, WoLF included representation for four female inmates currently incarcerated in the state who had experienced violations of their rights at the hands of male inmates who had been transferred under SB-132, one of which was sexually assaulted by a trans-identified male transfer. … read full article

Gender Identity Isn't Real
The Secret Beliefs of the Transgender Movement
From Cut Down Tree (USA)
By Tree
May 13, 2022
Shortly before I decided to detransition, I had a conversation with a trans friend about the Gender Unicorn. I was frustrated by it. I said, it doesn't make any sense! It doesn't actually represent what being trans is about at all! In some ways, the ideas it represents run completely counter to the actual goals of the trans movement!
My friend's response was that it didn't matter; it was better than the binary concept of gender believed by mainstream society. The Gender Unicorn didn't have to make sense, it just had to be simple and easy to spread. It's not an accurate representation of the ideology behind the transgender rights movement because it was never meant to be. … read full article

From The Telegraph (UK)
By Charlotte Lytton
May 13, 2022
James Esses turned 30 this week and has been doing a lot of reflecting. Last year, he was ejected from his psychotherapist training course – three years in – for openly discussing his fears that young children expressing discomfort in their bodies were being actively encouraged to transition; weeks later, Childline removed him from his volunteer role as a counsellor on the same grounds. After racking up more than 1,000 hours at the charity over the course of five years, attending one night a week after his work as a criminal barrister, he had been alarmed by such calls becoming more frequent; the callers younger. Of his subsequent battle against both institutions, he says “the pain and hurt is as raw as ever”. … read full article
